- I was involved with the finance industry for 37 years before "retiring" in 2012. I finally realised that the fast pace of the industry was taking a toll on my health and I made the decision to leave my then employer after 34 years of service. People say you can "re-invent" yourself, so I suppose you could say this is what I'm doing. I've made big changes to my diet and exercise and cannot believe the positive changes that these have made to my health and how I now view life. My wife, Kim was very supportive and began sharing some of changes I was making and she too has become transformed, not only normalising her weight issues to the extent that she has not only effortlessly trimmed down to the svelt figure of her teens, but has also resolved other health issues and is now practically free from medications altogether. I'm so proud of her achievements. After helping friends and family who are now becoming healthier, I realised that I was deriving immense satisfaction from their success and made me realise that I have the power to help many others.
